Our business is to provide advice and consultancy services to foreign investors on all aspects of property purchase in Croatia. BUILDING SERVICES.
Many of the properties you will find in Croatia are in need of some, or in many cases, a good deal of work. Our design and building service offers high standards of workmanship at affordable 'Croatian' prices and includes weekly email reports with regular photo and video updates, allowing you to sit back and watch your new property develop from the comfort or your home. With over 25 years experience in the property design and construction industries, we take away all of the headaches and problems usually associated with building work. For those clients wishing to undertake building work themselves, we are happy to introduce you to any specialist contractors you need, show you around the various furniture shops, DIY stores and builder's merchants and offer advice on the best places to buy. Whatever your plans, we can help you develop and transform a property to suit your budget, needs and style. Referrals from current and previous clients are of course available on request.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE.
For clients intending to let out their new property, we can arrange the necessary licenses and legal documentation, insurance, tourist visas and taxes, 24/7 emergency call out services and security contracts. From weekly key handovers and inventory checks, to complete cleaning and maintenance contracts, our service is tailor made to suit each client's needs and budget.

RELOCATION PACKAGE.
For clients intending to move here permanently, our 'in-country' holding hand service includes all the visa and legal documentation, international removals and storage, essential services registration, importation and temporary accommodation you may require. Once here, language courses, employment contacts and business opportunities can also be arranged and regular social events such as BBQs' and evenings out offer introductions to other like minded people from around the world.
